Return & refund policy

If something isn't right, we'll make it right — quickly and without a fight.

Returns

Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Start a return by messaging us with your order number; we'll arrange pickup where available.

Damaged or wrong items

Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement — no need to return the damaged item.

Refunds

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the return reaching us. COD orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to details you provide.

What we can't accept

Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons) and items returned after the 7-day window — unless they arrived damaged or wrong, which is always on us.
